Do you think that ISO standards are technical tools reserved only for a few experts?
A short video lesson will let you discover, how their application finds space in everyday life and in the simplest actions.
At the base of their success, we find the model proposed by Dr. Edwards Deming, also known as PDCA , which is a method used for the control and continuous improvement of processes and products and is the one that inspires many technical standards.
If applied correctly, giving the same emphasis to all the phases that characterize it, the Deming Cycle is always the best approach for the management of any problem. The goal can range from the simple preparation of a spaghetti dish with tomato sauce to the realization of a better world. Its effectiveness is always high.
And what if the objectives in question were those set out in the Global Sustainable Development Agenda and approved by the United Nations?
If the vision of a "better world" is the one shared by the whole planet, then the path to realize it must also be common. Applying the principles of ISO standards at a global level, all people could understand each other while speaking different languages and the realization of a better world would certainly be an attainable goal.
